Why zoom jqplot doesn't work on mobile phone (Android, iPhone,....)?

If you try Zoom Jqplot Example with your PC (Firefox, Chrome,...) the zoom works correctly.

But when I try it from mobile phones (iPhone, Android with Chrome,...) it doesn't work!!

Any help is appreciated!!
